After reading your info I check it with my infrared thermometer, the kind that checks temps on little nitro cars for breaking in motors exc. Anyway at the hottest spot on it, is at the bottom of the heatsink top of the northbridge chip, it gets up to FF degrees. Can only imagine how hot it gets without the fan installed.

I would like to get it down even more, so Im going to try and put a AMD 80mm cpu fan there. Please let me know any and all information you have that Asrock 960GM/U3S3 FX AMD All-in-1 help my situation out, and if there are any sure ways to lower the temp by lower volt settings, or anything you can think of exc.
